Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your purchase is damaged upon receipt, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 1 day after delivery date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with ALL original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@navboytech.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form provided and/or other required and applicable documents, and mail your return the following address:

After receiving your return request and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 7 [number of days to process returns] days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

We or our merchants will not offer cash refunds for any items purchased on the ShopPaddi platform. Only items with defects before delivery will be exchange for same items or similar product without defect if the return request is made as per the
terms stated in the return process above.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be exchanged: downloadable software products, item classified as hazardous materials or flammable liquids and groceries
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange exchange.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for cash.

CANCELLATION

A customer may cancel an item purchase order within 30 minutes of placement of the order. Notification of order cancellation must be emailed to office@navboytech.com. Cancellation of orders after 30 minutes will result in an order cancellation charge equal to 10% of the total amount of items purchased

DELIVERY POLICY

You are hereby notified that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For some stores, orders might not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, telephone or direct notification through the ShopPaddi Application.
